Manage Categories

Dynamically create categories for Forum posts. To manage categories, select the settings icon in Chat & Forums. Each category added must be unique.

Add Category Enter the name of the category, color, and icon. Once completed, select the plus + icon to save.

Re-order Categories Click and drag category items into a preferred order. This will order the categories when presented in category lists.

Update Category On an existing category, you can update the name, colour, and icon by selecting the attribute you wish to change.

Remove Category Select the remove icon on an existing category. When a category is removed, the category is automatically unassigned from existing posts.
